So recently I’ve seen posts about the usage of whether or not to use the Oxford Comma. I remember coming across the dilemma in the 8th grade. My teacher then illustrated to the class why it makes more sense to use it. And so I pass on that knowledge to my followers.

I will never stop using the Oxford Comma.

IS THAT WHAT IT’S CALLED?!
I always hate it when people leave out the second comma. It makes things so confusing, but I never knew the term for it.

Long time no update. Been busy! My mom was visiting for most of July (hi, mom!) and we have a new addition to the family, in case you haven’t noticed. We got a new puppy! Okay, he’s not really a puppy. He’s already 6. He was my mom’s dog, and she brought him over to America to live with us. We named him Tofu. He is the best!

And my mom bought us a set of patio furniture!!! It’s so beautiful and I’m really excited to have lots of barbecues and outside parties. (Puppy parties.) Unfortunately, as soon as it arrived, the weather in SF became super cold (like, low 60s) and we haven’t really wanted to hang around outside much. But I’m sure it’ll warm up again soon, and we can enjoy our new seating!!

Also, expect a lot more photos from now on. Unless, of course, I am lazy. We got a new DSLR for relatively cheap (so many new things lately…), and it’s AMAZING. It produces gigantic photos that take forever to load, but I guess that’s a good thing…? I hate resizing photos though. Isn’t that ironic, given that it’s pretty much MY JOB?

Totally loving the balloons tied up all over the office! Can this be every day?

Today was a surprise “Delivery Team Appreciation Day!” I walked in this morning to find balloons all over our side of the office and a giant hand-drawn sign taped up to the wall by my desk. And we had free pizza at lunch!

Later tonight, I’ll be off to a Lulu*s clothing swap with my friend, Amanda.

Balloons, free food, and free clothes. All in all, a good day.

New Warby Parker glasses!

Yes, I finally, finally, finally bought them. They were long overdue. For anyone that remembers the “Which glasses should I get?” post way back when, I did end up getting the Winstons.

I’m in absolute love with them and am definitely planning on ordering more glasses from Warby Parker.
